Twenty Recruitment is one of the world’s fastest expanding independent recruitment businesses. In January 2009 while the recruitment sector was suffering from the effects of global financial meltdown, we were rewriting the rule book and setting up the next generation of recruitment business. From a standing start in the very depth of the recession, we are profitable, have eleven business streams covering three industry sectors and a global client base.

The goal of the business is and always has been to be an industry defining brand and the industry benchmark in professional recruitment. That’s not just an empty mission statement – it’s a vision that we are turning into a reality by hiring talented and experienced recruiters. This is founded on the principal that the future of recruitment is based upon market experts extracting and delivering talent and providing quality advice to candidates & clients NOT graduates surfing job boards and posting CV’s to portals like a lot of our competitors.

• 2011 turnover increased by over £3m to in excess of £7m with a further £4m+ increase expected in 2012
