MRS Training and Rescue

General information

For over 100 years MRS Training & Rescue (formerly 'Mines Rescue Service') has provided specialist rescue services, mostly rescuing mine workers from underground.

During this time we have developed specialist skills and knowledge - which we now use to provide health and safety and rescue training to a wide range of industries including nuclear, aerospace, manufacturing and utilities.

All MRS Training and Rescue trainers have worked in confined spaces and continue to do so - meaning they can add real-life stories to their training courses to make theory come alive! Our heritage and experienced trainers set us apart from other providers in the industry.

We provide a broad range of training courses including; Confined Space Training Courses, First Aid Training Courses, Health and Safety Training Courses (IOSH + NEBOSH), Working at Height Training Courses, Marine Training Courses, Breathing Apparatus Training Courses, Courses for the Renewable Industry, Fire Fighting Courses and much more.
