Equal Education is a tuition agency with a difference, we only work with Schools and Virtual Schools. We wish to provide the high quality tuition services available in the UK to those who we feel will benefit and deserve it the most.
Our mission is a social mission and we are driven to narrow the educational gap between children in care and those who aren’t. Our tutors share this mindset and enjoy working with us. Many of them being fully qualified teachers would not consider tutoring otherwise.
We focus and specialise with children in care. Our experiences have found that many of them have completely different educational requirements than traditional private tuition. This includes students having a poor command of the English language and significant and challenging behaviour.
We understand the challenging environment that Schools and Virtual Schools operate within. We have first hand experience of the financial and staff constraints they have. Which is why we offer a competitive flat rate per hour and handle much of the administration ourselves.
