General information

WIS Mortgages was initially set up to provide mortgage advice to existing contractor clients of its sister company WIS Accountancy Ltd and to secure mortgages based on clients’ day rates. It now handles its own contractor clients independent of its tax and accountancy roots.

Working alongside tax advisors of our sister company and together with the specialized knowledge and backing of Blueberry Wealth, WIS Mortgages prides itself on fully understanding contractors’ needs and matching their own bespoke requirements to the best possible products available.

WIS Mortgages Ltd (Company number 10408084) is a trading style of Blueberry Wealth Limited, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, our FCA registration number is 626661. Blueberry Wealth Limited is registered at Companies House, our company number is 08722345, our registered office address is Mey House, Bridport Road, Poundbury, Dorchester, DT1 3QY. The Financial Conduct Authority does not regulate some investment mortgage contracts.

Terms & Conditions: Initially we offer a free consultation and if any fees were to be applicable to you they would be clearly explained during the free consultation. Every mortgage discussed would be assessed on two considerations, the mortgage amount and the complexity of your individual circumstances. For providing independent mortgage advice fees may apply up to a maximum of 1.5% of the loan value. If fees were to be charged we will always explain and agree with you exactly what you will be charged before you decide to proceed with an application. These fees apply to regulated mortgages. Certain mortgages, primarily most buy to let and commercial mortgages, are not regulated. Fees for non-regulated mortgages can vary depending on your requirements and circumstances.
