The Cartford Inn, originally a 17th century coaching inn located at the historic crossing of the River Wyre, is a multi award-winning pub, restaurant and boutique hotel. At the heart of rural Lancashire, the location boasts enviable views of the surrounding countryside, looking across to the quietly beautiful Bowland fells.

Arriving at the inn, you are greeted with local hospitality and the warmth of an open fire. Here you can enjoy some of the best food and drink the region has to offer in one of our uniquely charming, individually furnished dining areas. The bar alcoves and fireside areas allow for relaxed, informal dining experiences, whilst our River Lounge boasts panoramic riverscape views. On Summer evenings these views can be enjoyed whilst eating or drinking on our newly landscaped al-fresco dining terrace.

Each of our fifteen luxury bedrooms, including the penthouse suite is individually decorated and furnished with the same style and attention to detail as the rest of the inn. Wake up to stunning views overlooking the river and enjoy an award winning breakfast.

Although in the heart of the Fylde Coast countryside the “Cartford” is less than ten minutes from the M55 Junction 3 and equal distance from nearby Blackpool.
