Physiotherapy for joint, back and neck pain, sports injuries and rehabilitation after surgery.
Exclusively state/HPC registered Physiotherapists.
We have a specialist Pilates studio with classes run by an instructor who is also a physiotherapist. We have a maximum of 8 participants per class.
The Current Pilates timetable is Monday 7pm, Tuesday 5.30pm & 7pm, Thursday 6.15pm and 7.30 and Friday 12 noon and 2pm. All Classes last for one hour.

We can also arrange appointments people with Neurological or Paediatric problems.
