Witney Business & Innovation Centre is a part of a large network of Business and Innovation Centres run by Oxford Innovation.

Witney Business & Innovation Centre is based on the Windrush Industrial Park of Witney, Oxfordshire of which is owned by Blenheim Estates. Oxford Innovation manage the Witney BIC centre, Windrush House on behalf of Blenheim Estates.

Witney Business and Innovation Centre provides flexible, serviced office space, virtual offices and meeting rooms in a professional serviced environment, allowing you to focus on running your business.

The centre opened its doors in 2012 and is in a refurbished building on the outskirts of Witney. Offices vary from 100 sq ft to 3,000 sq ft, which can accommodate between 1 and 30 people. Multiple offices can also be taken if more space is required.

Providing flexible 'easy in out' licence terms & all inclusive invoicing to remove the headache of everything that comes with running your business.

With competive rates, Our meeting room and conference facilities are available to all - including external customers wishing to use these on an adhoc basis. We provide equipment and refreshments on site and free of charge parking.

Virtual Office Services are available to those wishing to either establish their business within the location without the costs of an office or to simply receive the same support of an office customer at lower rates by having a professional business address, someone to sign for your packages and even telephone answering to ensure you do not miss those important telephone calls.
