The company was established in 1977 and has grown to become a leading company in the remedial industry. We have carried out many thousands of remedial treatments for damp proof course installations and timber preservation treatments including; beetle infestation, fungal decay and dry rot eradication. We also undertake specialist waterproof rendering, propriety cementitious tanking, cavity drain membrane system installation for ground retaining situations and liquid applied damp proof membranes. We can provide our estimates for any associated building works if required.

As members of the PCA (The Property Care Association) and the BSWA (The British Structural Waterproofing Association), we strive to maintain high standards of surveying and workmanship.

Our contracts section is equipped to deal with jobs of any size ranging from local authority tenanted properties, homes of private individuals, small to large-scale refurbishments. Our aim is to provide an efficient, expeditious and economic service from the smallest to the largest contract in London and parts of the Home Counties.

Our twenty year damp proofing and timber treatment guarantee can be insured through the Guarantee Protection Insurance Limited. Under the scheme, if WARDS are not available to meet a claim, the Trust will stand in our place and honor the guarantee giving all our clients greater peace of mind.

We have expanded our tanking section to meet the challenge of larger and more sophisticated jobs. You can rely on WARDS to specify and carry out waterproofing to water retaining structures to the highest of standards.

Our highly trained surveyors will diagnose remedial problems and have the benefit of constant updating with specialist training courses to keep abreast of the changes in this sector of the building industry. All of our surveyors are qualified and are able to offer advice to suit the client’s needs. Where you require a consultancy service and specialist technical advice we are pleased to liaise with you to provide help in preparing remedial specifications.
