Rooflok, since 1987, have been renovating, repairing and insulating lofts with the will to make houses warmer and more energy efficient.

Our fully-equipped vans and skilled workers means work can usually be carried out in 1-2 days. Therefore this is far less costly and time-consuming than a re-roof.

The spray foam provides a clean alternative to itchy fibreglass and moreover is a far better insulator, reducing heat loss by up to 80%.

We provide a choice of two types of foam:

PU Closed-Cell Foam:
-This is the denser of the two.
-Its water-resistant properties mean it can be sprayed directly to the tiles, thus preventing tiles from slipping in future - this makes it perfect for ares with high winds.
-Its rigidity also stiffens the overall structure.

Open-Cell Foam:
-This is less dense.
-Its open-celled structure makes it breathable, but not fully waterproof, so it is applied directly to the felt. This is therefore more popularly applied in new builds.
-It makes an effective, cheaper alternative to Closed-Cell Foam.

Both foams will eliminate all damp and condensation as well as keeping you cozy with reduced heating bills.
