At Green & Wight, we pride ourselves with providing an exemplary service to both Landlords and Tenants in a professional manner with a personal touch.

For Landlords, we offer a three tier lettings service including a Full Management option that allows a Landlord to take a step back from the administration of a tenancy with the peace of mind that we will be working in their best interests to safeguard that the tenancy runs smoothly and their property well looked after.

For Tenants, we have what we believe to be the cheapest referencing and administration charges on the Island. We are on hand to answer any queries that occur in the run up to the beginning of a tenancy and in most cases during. We set high standards for ourselves and ensure that all legislation requirements are carried out.

We are a member of the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS) and as such register all deposits with them. More information on the DPS can be found at www.depositprotection.com.

We are also one of only two Lettings Agents to be included in the Isle of Wight's Trading Standards 'Buy with Confidence' scheme making us an approved trader giving a reliable and quality service.
