We are the largest independently owned Estate Agency on the Isle of Wight with offices in Newport, Ryde, Bembridge, Shanklin, Ventnor and Cowes.
Founded in 1990 by Jeff Hose and Mark Rhodes, the team has grown to over 70, providing expertise and advice in a range of property related services across the island: Residential Sales and Lettings, Country Homes, Commercial Property, Surveys and Valuations and Mortgages.
Our experienced, diverse and dedicated team will work hard to look after all your needs, whether you are a first time buyer or a large corporate. From viewing your property for the first time or handing over keys upon completing a property sale, we provide a friendly service with excellent local knowledge throughout all 7 offices on the Island.
In addition we also manage a portfolio of Isle of Wight self-catering accommodation properties for owners, securing over 1000 holiday bookings each year at Island Holiday Homes in Shanklin.
