In-Shape, The new fitness studio now open in Cowes! Fitted with over 60 exercise stations ..excellent selection of equipment, In-Shape caters for all with a Resistance machine area featuring 16 Life Fitness & Technogym machines ready to hit a range of different muscle groups.
Next door is a dynamic Cardio room containing a variety of machines from the Technogym Excite range with “Visio” technology, and four brand new concept 2 rowers with upgraded performance monitors.
Also for all you people looking to lift weight, In-Shape offers a free-weight area with a good mixture of Watson benches with Olympic bars and enough plates to keep you training hard, if that isn’t enough, this section also boasts an array of dumbells running up to 50kg in 2.5kg increments.
Each area features a 42inch LCD TV to keep you entertained throughout your session.
If that isn’t enough, In-Shape houses a stand up sunbed with great prices on single sessions or course bookings, and don’t worry if you forget yours, because tanning lotion and eye protection may be purchased over the counter.
In-Shape fitness studio has on-site parking spaces and provides members with male and female changing rooms with shower facilities.
