DentalcarePlus was first established in 2006. It was born out of the realisation that the cost of treatment for tooth replacement using dental implants was extortionate.
We researched the dental implant industry and quickly came to the conclusion that costs could be reduced. But we didn’t want to comprise on quality. So we started working with the best dental implant surgeons, using the latest technology.
We also understand the emotional strain that tooth replacement may bring so we take you through the process and we listen to your concerns.
A few years on and we can now offer treatment all over the UK through our five clinics. No need to go abroad to find cheaper treatments anymore. You can stay close to home and be looked after.
We haven’t compromised on quality nor price and we’re always looking at ways of improving our service and the dental implant industry standards.

Purpose and context
This page is the place where patients and professionals can post comments, questions and information about dental care. We want it to be an open forum where people can feel free to express their concerns, share their experience and receive support.
In the interest of patient privacy we ask you not to put details that you would prefer remain confidential.
Our clinical staff will respect the patient privacy etiquette so their comments may feel generic at times.

Abuse
We do not tolerate staff being abused in our clinics and we will apply this policy to our Facebook page. Comments that are abusive or threatening maybe removed to protect the identity and wellbeing of our staff.

Complaints
Should you have any complaint about our service, it’s fine to say so on this page but please be aware that although we’ll endeavour to monitor all comments, we can’t commit to replying to all.

Moderation
We focus on providing the best dental care we can and we understand social media is a way of getting closer to our patients. But we’re a very busy team so we may not be able to monitor our page as much as the big brands. Please bear with us if you’ve posted a comment and are waiting for a reply.
We may sometimes group some questions to provide a generic answer instead.
