Welcome to the Official Community Page for The Venture. The Venture is an integrated children's centre based in the Wynnstay Ward of the Caia Park community in Wrexham, Cymru.
Flaghip of Playwork that first opened its gates on 31st July 1978. Whether it's the analytical observation of play, the act of muckin'-in with a community project or simply having a cup of tea and reliving your childhood memories The Venture is a welcome place for the entire local and international Play community.
This page is hoped to become a hub of online communication as well as a source of media directly from The Venture and it's projects. As well as "the now", we're also in the process of digitalising all the archive videos and photographs and will upload over time.
