Family run gym in Wrexham - Born out of frustration with modern corporate gyms and a passion for strength and conditioning the Inspire Performance Centre was born in 2011.

The vast experience brought to the facility is what sets our standards and promotes our learning culture. Our coaches have worked with a variety of athletes from a varied range of sports including rugby, football, track and field, triathlon and mixed martial arts.

When we meet you we will complete with you an athlete profile, this gives us vital information to guide you in your training pathway. If your new to lifting then working with our Olympic lifting and UK SnC accredited coaches on the fundamentals will be a must,if you are experienced then you will find the facility covers all you need to enhance your strength and conditioning programmes.

Our training packages start at £30 per month for gym use, up to £80 a month for the personal touch with discounts available for students, we aim to help all our athletes with information available on nutrition, strength and conditioning, and sessions available on bio-mechanics for weightlifting and running too . A full movement screening by our sports injury experts will be a must for any level of athlete in their quest for safer more informed training.

Our objectives to our Athletes are:

Work with and coach a variety of people from general health & fitness to the professional athletes

Offer a small gym membership with unrivaled attention and guidance to its athletes

Offer Advice and guidance on Weight management and healthy nutrition and lifestyle

Improve your Aerobic and Anaerobic Fitness

Injury reduction/rehabilitation

Tailor the programme to the Individual athletes needs and empower them to take control of their training
