Formed in 2007, bringing together the history and expertise of a number of businesses specialising in employment related services and skills provision. Between them these businesses have been delivering to government departments for over 20 years.

From an original base in Sheffield – where our head office still operates – esg. has grown into a national company, delivering from centres throughout England, Wales & Scotland. Even with this growth, our core mission, vision and values have remained the same, and, indeed, have strengthened - working alongside our partners we have touched the lives of over 40,000 people and their communities in the last year alone.

Our ever expanding team of over 800 dedicated people provide tailored support to help individuals in a range of situations, from young people who have never been employed to people in jobs who need a little help to progress, people who have an illness which has prevented them from completing their journey into employment, to people who are ex-offenders wanting to turn their lives around through getting back to work and rejoining society. Whatever challenges you face, when you come to us, you will receive flexible support to make sure you get the right help for your situation.

We’re a leading supplier of vocational skills and welfare to work services, providing on behalf of the SFA, DWP, NAS and ESF. We believe in inventive thinking to create something different in the market, providing new and unique solutions.
