Pecan Deluxe Candy (Europe) Ltd was established in the UK in 1999 and supplies Europe, the Middle East and Australia from its plant based in Sherburn-in-Elmet, Yorkshire.

Pecan Deluxe specialises in the development and supply of food inclusions and decorations such as cookies & biscuits, pralines & seeds, sauces & fillings, doughs & batters, cakes & pastries, toffees & fudges, sugar and candies, clusters, truffles and chocolate products. Pecan Deluxe is one of the biggest European suppliers of inclusions in a wide range of shapes and sizes, which feature in many household name premium ice creams as well as QSR and gastro-pub menu items. All Pecan Deluxe products are made using natural colours and flavourings in segregated facilities, and the company is constantly innovating to meet demand from a growing number of manufacturers for new flavour and texture options.

Pecan is a fully owned UK subsidiary of the US based Pecan Deluxe Candy Company, a family owned business. The company pioneered cookie dough ice cream in the US and now supplies market leaders across EMEA, as well as dessert and beverage manufacturers, bakeries and QSRs (Quick Service Restaurants).

The UK factory is fully BRC and Halal accredited and can offer full allergen segregation, as well as additional certifications as required including RSPO, UTZ, Fairtrade and Kosher. Quality and innovation are at the very forefront of the company’s ethos and it has its own specialist food scientists along with an in-house culinary development department.
