The Company was formed by the merger of two family businesses operating since 1978: Charles Manufacturing and Endirect Lighting Services. Now into our third decade, we are proud to have among our customers many Local Authorities, UK Highways Agencies, Rail Networks, their contractors and Regional Electricity Companies throughout the UK and Eire. We have a global view to our business with partners in Europe, the Middle East, Hong Kong and China.

Located in modern premises at Wincanton Business Park, Somerset, just off the A303, CEL has committed to huge investment in finished stock to ensure the promptest delivery times. This has helped us become major suppliers to PFI contracts nationwide.
