General information
The Create and Cook Competition is a cookery competition that encourages 12-14 year olds to create menus using locally sourced ingredients. Entering through their food technology departments at school, the cooks have to think about food miles, sustainability, animal welfare and local economies as they create their entries.
The competition is run by fit2cook food education and supported by the local food community across the South.
