Established in 1997, the Care Bureau is a provider of Care and Support and Services to the Care Sector

Our Care and Support division provides care to people in their own homes. Covering Older Adults, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, and the Physically Disabled, our services allow people to stay within their own homes, even when daily living activities present a challenge.

From short 15 minute calls, to full 24 hour palliative care, our services enhance the daily life and dignity of people of all ages and abilities.

Our Staffing Services division provides recruitment solutions to various organisations. We provide both Registered Nurses and Auxiliary Care and Support staff.

We provide both temporary and permanent recruitment solutions.

In addition to The Care Bureau our sister company The Domestic Services Bureau works with Commercial and Residential Clients providing a variety of Domestic Services. We pride ourselves on our fast efficient and competitively priced service and are dedicated to ensuring our clients receive a bespoke solution tailored to meet specific individual needs. We view our relationship as a team effort and work hard to meet our clients ever changing needs. Communication is the key to delivering a first class service and to that end we carry out regular reviews with our clients and staff.

As part of the Care Bureau Group we are the logical choice for those clients requiring assistance through illness, disability or for older adults. With our specific understanding of these clients we are able to offer the most appropriate support within their own homes, short or long term.

Particular emphasis is placed on staff selection. We do not use agency staff all our staff are direct employees of the Domestic Services Bureau. Our employees are carefully vetted for their suitability to the role, fully referenced and are CRB checked. For added security our staff are easily identifiable in their uniform and ID Badges.

Our professional and fully comprehensive ongoing staff training programme delivered by our in house trainers ensures we always provide the highest standards of service.
