This is the official page for No Panic, the National Organisation for Panic, Anxiety Neuroses, Information and Care. No Panic provides telephone support for those with and those who care for those with phobias, panic, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder and tranquilliser withdrawal. No Panic does this with it's 12 hour a day helpline and it's group and one to one cognitive behavioural therapy.
The No Panic Helpline is open between 10am and 10pm everyday of the year on 0800 138 8889. We have a 24 hour recorded breathing exercise message line to help with panic attacks or to relax on 01952 680460. The No Panic head office open between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday can assist you in becoming a member and accessing our one to one and group therapy.
No Panic runs on donations from grant making trusts and the general public.
