Human Results work with you to avoid problems, but should you face an Employment Tribunal claim, and you have followed our advice, you could have the additional protection of our Employment Protection Insurance to cover your legal costs and any resulting compensation. As part of the retained HR service, we regularly review your employment documents to ensure they remain fit for purpose, address the needs of the organisation, and comply with the most recent legislation.

Should you require additional assistance with specific issues or bespoke projects, we will happily scope out your requirements and provide you with a solution that will ensure your objectives are met, in the most cost-effective way, be it on a fixed fee or hourly rate.
