General information
We work hard to ensure that both cottage owners and guests are given a first rate service.
Each owner and each guest is an individual and as such we tailor our service to meet the needs of the individual.
Our services include:
*Cottage cleaning -There are a team of cleaners who are committed to making the cottages that they work on the cleanest holiday cottages anywhere. These are done prior to guest arrival.
*Deep cleans - Usually undertaken once or twice per year.
*Health and Safety (and cleanliness) check- Done prior to guest arrival to make sure all is ship shape and in good repair for them. This costs £15 generally (although is negotiable if part of a larger package).
*Someone is generally on hand pretty much 24/7 in case guests do encounter any problems. Keith will usually be able to solve these but in the event of a major electrical or plumbing issue we have first rate contractors whom we can call on.
*General maintenance can be undertaken as required.
