Based near Teesport and Hull Maktec provides a specialised diesel engine consultancy and supervision service for the marine and power generation large diesel and gas engine market. Led by factory trained and experienced project management backed by a global network of specialised servicing and repair companies, we attend dry-dockings or sites worldwide to troubleshoot ,supervise and investigate reliability and efficiency concerns.

Using the latest analytical procedures, we can rapidly inspect and report on machinery condition and carry out risk assessments and staff training.
At Maktec we supervise and consult on all types of machinery services and damages, with a vast amount of experience and specialisation with CAT, MaK and MAN engines and are seen as a cost effective and flexible alternative to using the manufacturers.
