At Prerequisite Contract Services we pride ourselves on our ability to provide full lifecycle testing services as well as test management and process improvement.
We appreciate that the overall ownership for system quality should lie within an organisation but we are more than happy to help in the implementation and change of processes, procedures and strategies as required.
All of our team are career testers who will all get “hands on” when necessary, including our most senior test managers.
As an organisation we believe it is important for even the highest level test manager to occasionally get involved in the running of scripts and production and resolution of defect reports. This way they do not lose any appreciation for how the job is done and aids in efficient, realistic planning and estimation techniques.
