Hi! My name is Sarah and I am the Glow Instructor for North Leeds. I run weekly classes in LS8, LS16 and LS17. All our Glow classes are designed to cater for all levels of fitness. You are more than welcome to come along and have fun whilst getting fitter and meeting new friends.
I am also fully trained in nutrition and able to offer you a weekly weigh in and one to one nutritional advice if that is something you would like.
