General information

Kip McGrath Wigan North will be opening a new tuition centre in September 2015 at 15 Wigan Lane, Wigan. It is next door to Mab’s Cross Primary School.

We specialise in teaching Mathematics, English, Reading and Spelling to 6 – 16 year olds in the Appley Bridge, Standish, Shevington, Aspull, Swinley and Wigan areas. We provide help for students who have fallen behind at school or for those who need extending. We also cater for students working towards specific exams such as SATs, Entrance Exams and GCSEs. There will also be an option of AS/A level maths tuition.

The Director of Kip McGrath Education Centre Wigan North is Sue Hodson, a highly experienced professional who has been part of the Leading Literacy Team of teachers for Wigan and is now a Specialist Primary Mathematics Teacher. Sue has also worked as a school SENCO and is passionate about bringing the best out of every student.
