Rules of Play

For the comfort and enjoyment of all our customers we ask all visitors to adhere to our simple rules of play.

Children must be supervised by an adult, over the age of 18 years, at all times whilst at Circus Play.

Your child remains your responsibility and is not permitted to be left unattended in the play centre at any time.

Only children who are under 4’10 or 148cm in height may play. Children over this height may be allowed to play at the discretion of the supervising staff.

Only food & drink purchased at Circus Play may be consumed on our premises – this is a condition of entry.

No food or drink items are allowed on any of the play equipment. Chewing gum is strictly prohibited.

Children should use the toilet and wash their hands before entering the play area.

Shoes must be removed before entering the play area. Socks must be worn on the equipment. Children not wearing socks risk serious injuries & health & safety risks. (socks available at reception)

We recommend long sleeves and trousers, and tucked in. Clothes made from man-made fibres are not recommended.

Children should remove spectacles, jewellery or sharp objects before entering the equipment.

You must ensure your child adheres to all sign & warnings regarding all play equipment and rides at the play centre.

We do not accept any responsibility for any child not adhering to the rules of play.

We do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage of equipment, clothing or articles brought into the building.

If we reach capacity we will have to enforce the 2 hour time limit.

We have the right to refuse admission to any customer.

We have the right ask any customer to leave the premises if the terms & conditions are not followed or the rules of play.

Anyone causing a nuisance to staff at the centre will be asked to leave.

Anyone causing any deliberate damage to the property at Circus Play will be liable.

Please inform a member of staff if your child has any sort of accident, however minor- one of our trained first aid staff will take care of you & record the injury. Accident forms remain the property of Circus Play and copies will not be given out.

Cakes can only be brought into the centre if an offical Circus Play birthday party has been booked.

Management reserves the right to refuse entry at any time.

Management reserves the right to change entry times, admission prices, party packages, membership details & annual passes at their discretion, without prior notice, to suit the needs of the business & their customers.

Members who verbally abuse any member of Circus Play will be asked to leave & may be refused entry to Circus Play again.

We do not except any responsibility for any vehicles & property parked at the centre.

Please refrain from bringing your child to the play centre if your child is ill.

Please note that Circus Play is under CCTV surveillance by staff, to ensure the safety of the children.
