Motivation & Co. is a national company that specialises in the delivery of motivational therapy to the residents within the Healthcare sector and are fully researched by Leeds Metropolitan University. We provide physical and mental cognitive therapy sessions within the care sector, alongside the in house programmes, we work together with the home management team.
NHS Hertfordshire chose Motivation & Co. as their professional body to create an assessment evaluation programme to prevent falls with dementia clients.
The company develops specific materials for delivery of the sessions making them unique to us including a patented game.
We deliver the full package; specialist cognitive motivation, exercise, Games, music therapy and an evaluation report at the end each session lasts one hour.
We grow and expand our business by franchising throughout the UK. This we believe brings enthusiastic like-minded people to share our passion of what we deliver.
