Our ethos is to provide ‘bloomin’ good care’ to the residents of Northallerton, Darlington, Yarm, Thirsk, Bedale, Hurworth, Neasham, Wynyard, Sedgefield and beyond in their own home all from our Head Office in Northallerton. We also cover Wetherby, Ripon, Harrogate, York, Leeds and Tadcaster from our newly opened Tadcaster Office. With a ‘can do’ attitude, our carers are here to help in all aspects of daily life.

Owned and operated by Fiona and John, the business was established when they realised that there was a gap in the market for a service provider offering quality care to elderly people who want to remain in their own home.

As a fully qualified registered nurse Fiona worked as a community staff nurse, and constantly witnessed the devastation that failing, low-cost home care was having on people and their families.

Unfortunately, care has become a cost driven industry. Local Government’s are driving down the cost of care in order to achieve budgets with the result that staff and services are put under pressure to deliver. We believe that the vast majority of failed care is due to this downward pressure on costs and we don’t think this is right especially as people’s lives are at stake!

So, as John’s Granddad always used to say, “if it ‘aint right, it’s wrong!”
