For the first time Qubi brings an authenticated check in/check out facility directly to hot desks, pods and meeting rooms and because it is visible within the meeting room resource or work area, it provides an effective method of preventing overrunning meetings, which traditional, externally mounted touch screens cannot provide.
Qubi’s authenticated status glow is particularly useful within glass walled meeting rooms but an external LED accessory for non-glass walled rooms extends the visibility of booked status.
