The site offers 12000sq feet of gym facilities including two saunas, two fitness studios, a brand new spa.
The combination of both gym and spa create a great place to work out and will offer the best value for money health club, gym and spa in the town.

There will be a major investment at the site to ensure it provides updated facilities and equipment, which is only good news for the existing members and new members.
The updates will include a bigger weights gym with the biggest selection on Hammer strength plate loaded sports specific machines and Sportesse equipment in the southwest. Membership will include the Fitness studio classes. There will be a packed timetable of popular fitness classes to ensure the new gym caters for all ages. The shower rooms will be updated as well as the introduction of a full time Health club and spa on the ground floor.
Shaun Lambert the new manager for the site has ensured that he first priority is to the members so they get the best out of the all-new facilities with a personal touch.
