• Explaining and evaluating costs and cons against benefits of solutions.
• Agreeing the best implementation procedure in order to minimise risk and disruption to the business.
• Helping the customer implement any solutions within their business, including assistance with procurement of services and staff training.
• Providing after sales and service support.
As a company that provides outsourced services, we will also;
• Provide information and advice relating to company formations, business start-ups and assist with the preparation of business plans.
• Manage bank funds and bank reconciliation.
• Produce routine financial reports for management.
• Manage credit control, budgeting, bookkeeping, and cash-flow forecasting.
• Maintain customer/supplier ledger and other accounting records.
• Oversee the payroll process
• Prepare monthly management accounts (e.g. profit and loss accounts and balance sheets)
• Monitor and manage accounting systems to ensure efficiency.
