Yum Yum Tree Restaurant was reopened by Willie in June 1998. It has been well established for over forty years. Willie has run the family business for over eighteen years and has more than thirty years’ experience within the catering industry as a successful head chef, waiter, manager and owner with just as much experience in the kitchen as on the shop floor.

With his strive for perfection and effortless charm 'Willie' is known to all the locals, young and old alike. Some customers from overseas returning to see their families will come back to the Yum Yum Tree simply because Mr Chong makes everybody feel welcomed and the food experience one to remember.
