General information

You will find us upstairs on the extremely spacious mezzanine in Pets at Home Byfleet. We are open 7 days a week with later opening hours than most veterinary practices within the area.

We are able to treat a wide variety of pets and our waiting room is designed to lessen your pets anxiety by having separate dog, cat and exotic waiting areas.

We have 2 spacious consult rooms, each with tables that are able to be folded down should more room be required. Through the back, we have different wards to house cats, dogs and exotics, plus an isolation area for the very poorly pets.

Our practice is fully equipped with an operating theatre, radiography room and in-house laboratory facilities. We also have high speed dental equipment, ECG, Capnograph and blood pressure monitoring equipment, to ensure we provide the best care possible for your pets, should they require treatment.

Due to the high standards we keep, the RCVS has awarded Vets4Pets Byfleet General Practice Accreditation. This means that we have met their extremely strict regulations and we can be spot checked by an RCVS Assessor at any given time - therefore we will continue to provide high standards of care to both our clients as well as their pets. (Only half of the practices in The UK can say they have been awarded this by The RCVS)

We have also been awarded Silver Status as a Cat Friendly Practice. Again, there are not many practices within the local area who can boast this achievement and we are very proud that we can. Our team of Registered Veterinary Nurses (RVN's) also provide nurse clinics: These range from nail clipping, post operative check up and suture removal, oral hygiene checks, behavioural and dietary advice, monthly puppy and kitten progress checks and so much more!!!

We are not open overnight, however if you have an emergency out of hours, then the emergency providers are Vets Now in Guildford or Staines. They will be able to offer advice and treatment should it be required.
