Family Law & Children: Your case will be handled by David Lee, an experienced family law Solicitor with over 20 years expertise in family law issues and dispute work. He will assess your family/relationship problem or contractual dispute free of charge and without obligation and advise you if we are able to assist. We will discuss the various forms of funding for your case, which may include fixed fees as well as hourly rates. If we are unable to take your case, we will refer you to another firm who may be able to assist.

Employment Law: Your case will be handled by Poonam Rai Nagi. Poonam is an experienced solicitor who specialises in Employment Law. She can advise both Employers and Employees.

Contractual Disputes & Litigation: Both David Lee and Alan Lodge have extensive experience in dealing with a wide range of matters including contractual disputes, boundary disputes and probate litigation. David and Alan undertake their own advocacy.

Debt Response: Your case will be handled by Diana Crone. Diana has extensive experience of credit control and debt recovery matters and has worked in the legal profession for over 30 years.
