HortiCentre is a friendly family run traditional garden centre on the A642 mid way between Wakefield and Huddersfield near the National Coal Mining Museum. We concentrate on selling core gardening products at competitive prices and stocking them in depth. Having one of the largest fruit and ornamental tree displays in the area and boasting no fewer than 7 different types of grow bag, a similar number of compost brands, many unusual own brand wild bird care feeds, constantly changing plant offering and monthly special offers makes us we believe ‘every gardens friend’. Our customers range from knowledgeable professionals, allotment gardeners, enthusiastic amateurs to beginners.

Being keen about good service we offer free delivery up to 5 miles, plant and product advice and a helping hand to your car with heavy goods. We have a reputation for seed potatoes, stocking over 50 varieties, and our range of vegetable plants covers everything from tomatoes to kohl rabi.
