SPV Group operate a Nationwide service for the refurbishment and maintenance of buildings in the commercial and industrial sectors.

We offer services in Flat roofing, Cladding, Rainscreen, Fascias, Glazing, Curtain Walling, Slating, Tiling, Shopfitting, Building, Structural Repairs, Gutter Maintenance and Road Carpet.

Now incorporating SPV Roofing, & Cladding, SPV Windows, SPV Shopfitting & Building, Ivor Parnham Building Services, SPV Energy Management Systems and SPV Plant, SPV Group offers a multitude of disciplines and services to provide the complete package for your building needs.

SPV Group is known for its expertise, in-depth knowledge of roofing, cladding and window systems and for an extremely high standard of work; qualities which result in exceptionally high levels of repeat business and personal recommendations.

The SPV Head Office is centrally situated in the West Midlands for access to anywhere in the UK and also has satellite forces in Glasgow, Cumbria, Weston Super mare, Hampshire and Swansea.

Following continuous year on year growth over the last few years, SPV Group refurbished and then moved to a purpose designed and built premises in Aldridge, Walsall at the beginning of 2008. Encompassing 18,000 square foot of warehouse space and 3,000 square foot of office space the new space has provided the company with the room to grow, develop and expand into new markets.

SPV Group has a combined work force of over 100 operatives, all trained and experienced in the installation of a wide range of systems and products. We have a transport fleet consisting of over 40 vehicles, comprising of a variety of top of the range Panel Vans, Pick up’s, Heavy Goods Vehicles and HIAB’s.

Through our extensive fleet of vehicles which includes vans, lorries and cherry pickers and our many directly employed, trained operatives, we are able to provide a 24hr emergency response 365 days a year. SPV also incorporates its own Scaffold Division to ensure that all tasks are carried out in house.

SPV has the ability to carry out complete surveys for waterproofing, rainwater goods, roof lights, gutters, flashings and cappings and provide costs for replacement or repairs, including the installation of any roof edge protection.

We provide a fixed price quotation with no hidden extras.

SPV specialises in offering services to Schools and Academy’s. SPV Group has capacity to undertake both large and small refurbishment projects to private and public schools during both term time or within any holiday recess.

Our SPV Special Projects Division offers project design and construction on large-scale renovation projects in the commercial and industrial sectors. SPV Special Projects can undertake full design and build renovations of existing Hotel, Leisure and Office Buildings from Architectural Design and Planning Permission to full internal and external building refurbishment.

We have extensive experience of transforming old and tired buildings into modern, up to date premises giving that brand new look. A multitude of surface finishes are available from stone to aluminium. All panels are set on a new grid system and can include installation of new windows, flashings and insulation, all to current Building Regulations.

Our SPV Window Division offers a complete window replacement service in both aluminium and Upvc depending on Client requirements and all installation is compliant with Part L Regulations. We also specialise in the supplying and fitting of curtain walling, doors and glass box entrances.

Our SPV Shop fitting and Building Division takes responsibility for all new and refurbishment works including ‘turn key' projects for a host of national retailers. All projects are managed internally with directly employed tradesman working on a countrywide basis.

SPV Group also specialises in SPV Non Slip Surfacing Material. The membrane is a non slip, waterproof and extremely durable material which is not damaged by chemicals, high heels or cigarette burns. It has a multitude of applications from waterproofing car parks to balcony areas to bridges.

SPV are also specialists in re building works following fire damage. We will liaise directly with the insurance company from project commencement to completion.

SPV have a broad range of Clients in many commercial sectors including Intercontinental Hotels Group, Rank Group Gaming Division, Odeon Cinemas, Bookers Cash and Carry, Iceland Frozen Foods, Queens Moat House Hotels and Johnson Controls. We work closely with all clients to ensure that contracts are carried out within the agreed timescales, within budget and to the agreed Specifications.

SPV Hold Accreditations with CHAS, Safe Contractor, Construction Line, The NFRC, The Guild of Master Craftsmen and Investors in People.

SPV are currently working towards achieving the ISO 9001 standard and expect to achieve accreditation in 2016.

SPV are also members of The British Safety Council, IIRSM and Rospa.
