Hello and welcome to Asher Yoga , Asher the meaning of blessing and happy in Hebrew, which I feel is fitting for me as this is how I feel to have yoga in my life and to share with others,
I’m passionate about yoga and what positive benefits it as on body and mind, I encourage healthy natural eating and often share some favourite recipes and methods.
my classes are challenging and will not just change your body but your mind also, I try to make them fun and with a flow so creating a semi meditated effect on your mind, I encourage you to focus on your breathing which allows you to surrender deeper into postures and fully connect with your practice body and mind. I’m also reiki trained which comes through on my practice helping to calm and still your mind.
Yoga will change not just your body but your mind also.
