General information
Membership is open to anyone who wishes to join. Walsall Society of Artists holds meetings on the second Thursday of the month (no meeting in December) for demonstrations by visiting artists. Lectures, outdoor sketching trips and visits to exhibitions and art venues are also arranged. Non-members, who are interested, may attend any of the activities. The Society membership is currently about 140.
Walsall Society of Artists is non-profit making and is organised for charitable purposes, with the aim of advancing education and community art for the people of Walsall and surrounding districts. Periodic Newsletters are issued to members. Members are eligible to apply to show their work in local exhibitions organised by the Society. Also, there is an annual dinner.
