Sendai and Kushiro Karate clubs are based in Wearside and County Durham offering its members high quality tuition in Shotokan Karate. The clubs are amongst the longest established Shotokan clubs in the country and have had continuous affiliation to the Karate Union of Great Britain since there formatiion in 1967 and 1973 respectively. Our cheif instructor is Sensei John Bruce 5th Dan is a full time professional instructor with over 20 years experience
