Because Hays Travel is independent, we’re not tied to a particular tour operator, so we’ll check a wide choice of suppliers to make sure you get a good price. As well as package holidays, we can also tailor-make holidays using flights and accommodation - and this often works out even cheaper.

We pride ourselves on offering excellent customer service – and that’s why so many customers book with us time and time again. We care about our local community, too; having sponsored the annual Peterlee Show and work with local schools.

At Hays Travel Peterlee we're well-known for providing beach holidays to tailor-made, but we also offer lots of other holiday types from last minute deals, UK breaks, city breaks to cruises.

When the time comes around we also offer fantastic rates on your foreign currency so why not come in to see Donna who is dedicated to our bureau de change. She won't be beaten on her rates so no need to go anywhere else! :-)
