General information

TEN has an excellent track record spanning 21 years of managing and delivering multiple contracts in South Tyneside. We deliver training and employment services and provide opportunities and support for people who are long term unemployed.
Between 1994 and 2015 the organisations key achievements are:-
• 8921 people gaining employment
• 7832 people participating in vocational training or further education
• 23859 people receiving information, advice and guidance
• £8.5 million of income generated to provide employment support services in South Tyneside
Maintaining quality standard services are a high priority and the organisation has recently achieved ISO9001 and ISO27001. We also hold Matrix for Information, Advice and Guidance and Investors in People quality standards.
We engage with clients through a variety of stages from unemployment to in work support. We also provide an Employer Engagement Service providing client matching services for employers to assist them to match their job vacancies with the right candidates.
The organisation has a team of dedicated, skilled and qualified staff and invests in staff development and performance.

The organisation is a Director and Member of Contract North consortium which operates from Northumberland to Teesside.
