Chef Prepared Healthy Meals

We freshly prepare your meals then deliver them to your door. We deliver to your house or workplace two times a week, Sunday & Tuesday Evenings. The food we deliver will give you two healthy meals & three snacks for each day.

We have based our menu on healthy food. Our meal plan is designed to save you time preparing your own food. Our meals are tasty creations, breaking the monotony of everyday bland food. The meal plan is set, but we understand that some people don’t enjoy certain foods, so we can swap certain items for others e.g. salmon for chicken, green beans for broccoli. Although we cannot change the whole plan, simple variations can be made. When ordering, just let us know what you don’t like, e.g no salmon, no broccoli. We will try to accommodate your needs. If you could also let us know if you have any allergies or intolerance to certain foods, so that your food can be specially prepared in accordance with guidelines.
