Wealth of Advice Ltd are Based in Durham and we offer a comprehensive financial planning service, which includes giving expert advice in the following areas:

Retirement Planning
We are here to help people make the right choices with their accumulated pensions and savings, when they are planning for their retirement.
The government recently changed the rules relating to how you can draw your retirement benefits and this has been labelled “Pension Freedom”. These new freedoms have merely increased your options and we believe the need for good advice has never been greater.
We are completely independent and we can offer advice on all areas of retirement planning and have some great examples of how we have added value to people’s lives by offering recommendations they had not previously considered.
We offer a comprehensive pension review service for those people still a few years away from retirement and help people to understand exactly what their accumulated pensions and savings will provide them in retirement. We have helped people retire several years earlier than they had originally thought possible.

Investment Management
Most people do not have the time or expertise to manage their investments themselves. We offer a proposition which offer tax efficient investments to clients in a manner that exposes them to a level of investment risk which is appropriate for them. We understand we are dealing with the life savings of people so will offer the utmost care and attention when managing their money.

Estate Planning
Unfortunately death is an inevitable event and a person’s estate should be distributed in accordance with their wishes. We can help with this also ensure it is done in a tax efficient manner protect the inheritance being passed down.. We can advise on Wills, Trusts and look to reduce Inheritance Tax (IHT) where it is possible.

Protection
Both individuals and businesses need protection from unknown events which could cause them serious financial harm. Most people insure their cars, pets or their I Phones but very few have enough protection in place to cover them or their family should they die or suffer a serious illness. We can review this for you and offer cost effective solutions.
