Here at the BSA we operate a network of Specialist Study Groups each focusing on a specific area of interest within Sociology. Depending on where you are in your career, there is also support for emerging talent through our Postgraduate Forum and the newly formed Early Career Forum, providing a professional and social network in which individuals with specialised research, teaching and professional interests can connect and develop their own events. We also host a number of conferences and workshops throughout the year, including our Annual Conference, which is always the year’s major networking event for Sociology academics and professionals!
