Andrew James Ltd is a family run business which expanded quickly due to the success of our Raclette Grills (which are magical appliances that make social dining a breeze), and is still growing 13 years down the line!
Based in the North East of England, our HQ is currently in the picturesque seaside town of Seaham, with our office being lucky enough to boast incredible views of the Durham Heritage coast!
We absolutely adore our customers, and pride ourselves on our customer service team. They’re a wonderful bunch and will be there for anything you need. Whether it is inspiration, tips and tricks, or just a helping hand – they’re there for you 7 days a week.
