Bluebird Care Newcastle covers all areas of Newcastle City borough council and includes; Gosforth, Kingston Park, Fawdon, Fenham, Heaton, Westerhope, Walkergate and surrounding areas.
What we do

Our philosophy is simple; we aim to provide care and support to enable people to live an active, holistic, safe and independent life as possible. Through a good old fashioned service and a ‘can do attitude’, this has been built around a passion to deliver high quality care and an unprecedented level of service.

We care passionately about what we do, operating to the highest standards and never over promise or under deliver. Treating each customer with the dignity and respect they deserve, as if they were a member of our own family.

One of the thing that sets us apart from other care providers, is the fact that we use the word 'customer', not 'service user' or' client'. We pride ourselves on offering excellent customer service as well as industry leading care.

Bluebird Care Newcastle is registered to provide home care and support services to the following customer groups:

Our care assistants are the lifeblood of our service, they are friendly, professional, highly trained and above all passionate about the care they give, giving you the confidence and support you need. Each member is handpicked following a through recruitment process which includes enhanced police check.
