North Tyneside Art Studio Company Information
General information
NTAS offers studio spaces, a range of artist-led workshop programmes, artistic facilities, materials, activities and opportunities. We have a long track record in supporting the achievements of people who use the Studio - many have had their artwork accepted in regional, national and international exhibitions and projects.
Many have also successfully re-engaged with society by progressing to work, education or training.
The studio ethos is to encourage people to focus upon artistic development and achievement, identifying and developing strengths, rather than dwelling on problems or difficulties.
NTAS is funded by North Tyneside Council, Big Lottery, Northern Rock Foundation, Lloyds TSB Foundation and the Community Foundation.
