Newcastle Clinic is home to the only Open MRI Scanner in the North East of England and Scotland.

An open scanner is double the width of a traditional, closed scanner, and it has no walls. This provides a non-claustrophobic experience and also allows for patients of large build to have comfortable MRI scans. We can accept NHS referrals for claustrophobic or obese patients.

We also offer Image Intensifier services and ultrasound. We ensure our visitors are fully catered for in a caring environment.

The clinic is easily accessible from all areas of the North East including Sunderland, Durham, Darlington, Teesside and Middlesbrough. We also accept referrals for patients from Cumbria and Scotland.
